Dec 4, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Little Christmas Getaway We spent two nights at this condo and were completely satisfied. Everything worked and Mark was a gracious host. He was available whenever we needed him and answered our questions. He even had a small Christmas tree lit when we checked in. That was a nice surprise! (Mark, where did you get your little tree, I want one!!) The condo is tucked back away from all the traffic and noise. Loved the fact that it is ground level and a corner unit. We went to see the Christmas Parade in Ayden one night and had some good ole NC down east BBQ at Bum's Restaurant in Greenville, NC. We would definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to Greenville. Thanks again, Mark, for a wonderful couple of days of R & R!! ##### Jan H.
