"I called before I booked a stay here to confirm if i can have early check in (1 day before ) they said no problem at all and asked what time i would be checking in and room. Once i arrived, they wanted to charge me $75 to check in 2 hours early. When the whole room was $85, after I explained i was never told this, the guy didnt care and didnt do anything. I sat in the lobby to look at more places because after the rude guy and what happened, i would be damned if i paid another $75 for a room there, I looked down and had two ants crawling on me so i stood up and saw 2 more on the chairs. I got out of there quick and filed a dispute with my credit card "

"Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m only giving 4 stars because this is the third time we have stayed at N extended stay and had people next to us keep us up. Loud music, pounding on the walls arguing. I know it’s out of the hotels control but it made it very unpleasant. Outside of that it’s a good spot and close to lots of shopping, food, and things to do"

"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"
