“Tom was very friendly and informative. The rental is on the lower level with lots of stairs to access the unit. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with a comfortable king bed. Very steep streets for those who like to take a walk. The unit is located in an old growth forest with lots of vegetation”

I also noticed they have luggage lockers you can store your stuff in if you arrive early/leave late, I didn’t use them so not sure if there’s a fee. I’ve been to Seattle a ton of times but I’ve never stayed in the Capitol Hill area, it’s a walkable neighborhood. Lots of bars/restaurants/shops in surrounding blocks. I stayed by myself and the room was perfect for me. Only……

“Property outside of house is unkempt, overgrown and not as advertised. No real access to backyard for use of patio or grilling.”
