“At the time of check in, we asked for the late checkout at 1pm for which staff at reception agreed . Our access to the room was revoked before 1pm. When we check again at the reception, she charged us 22$ for late checkout. Terrible experience.”

The desk clerk at check in was not at all friendly. . .not rude but no smile or greeting and although I agreed to have a authorization put on my card for incidentals all 4 times she told me about it, she still repeated the information again before running my card. She also informed me that rooms had not been cleaned so the room type I reserved was not available. I told her that was fine and that any room would do. She……
