All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

This was a last minute trip. As a travel agent I look to see how the service an amenities measure up. I thought the property was very clean and well maintained. The people were friendly and the pool entertainment encourages socializing. Only one restaurant was not good both with food and service (the Indian restaurant) . I thought the entertainment at night was good and the beach party was great. The pool And beach are well maintained. It’s really not Close to much in terms of outside activities which was fine for me. The drinks were good but only premium club had the better liquor. And you could tell as the drinks seemed a bit watered down. I did take advantage of the gym for two days. It was adequate but some of thr equipment was very outdated.

Terrible beach. Unfriendly staff. One of the pools was closed our entire stay except the last day. The electricity went off multiple times (with no explanation). We will NEVER be back and we will discourage anyone who is even thinking about staying here.
