“Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Die Lage ist gut, die Bushaltestelle (Bus ins Stadtzentrum Pilsen) ist ca. 3 Minuten (Fußweg) entfernt.
Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen die wir hatten, wurden freundlich und hilfreich beantwortet. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück ist frisch und ausreichend, wenn es tatsächlich auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein……

“Der Check in war schwierig. Die Rezeption war bei meiner Ankunft um 15 Uhr nicht besetzt. Ich musste das Hotel anrufen damit jemand kommt.
Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Leider ging das Fenster in einen geschlossenen Innenhof so dass keine Frischluftzufuhr möglich war. Dadurch war die Luft im Zimmer sehr stickig und ich konnte schlecht schlafen.
Das Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert (10 Euro), aber okay.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
