Tiny home 🏡 Northgate- 15min to downtown

"The check in instructions were a little confusing... They asked me to download a app to help with getting into the unit, but when I downloaded it, and arrived, it didn't seem like the app would help at all.. I ended up having to just open the key box to use the actual key. The outside of the unit looked a little dingy. The yard was a bit of a mess. They had a yard maintenance person come on the second day we were there and they cut the grass..but I would have appreciated being informed that someone was going to be there doing maintenance.. the lights outside near the fire went out while we were there... They had a loft area where maybe kids could go up and hangout, but it was SKETCHY to get up onto to say the least.. Be prepared to have to crouch/crawl to the bed on the other loft. It was nice to have a full bath and washer and dryer in unit. Decent location if you have a car. Easy access to the 5 and to Green Lake area. When I messaged the owner to ask about parking, they messaged back within an hour."

"Very nice motel and staff. The motel is not in a very quiet area, but it is completely closed, even the parking lot. This gives a feeling of security and good attitude towards guests. The motel was clean and pleasant. I especially want to say a big thank you to the woman who was at the reception these days (June 6-7). She was very friendly, gave us a lot of useful tips and recommendations for our trip and simply helped with any questions. I wish there were more such nice employees. Thank you very much."

"Once I got the idea and realized who was communicating with me about checkin, it was great. I was very busy the day I needed to put in information and I didn’t even recognize the sender, so my husband was sent on a wild goose chase. I had to spend valuable time working through the details when normal places just allow a person to check in. The price would have been better if the cleaning fee spanned more days, but it was acceptable even for a single night. Parking was difficult. The place itself was great!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked beautifully. Staff was very accommodating and even offered to pray for my fiancée, who is in the hospital, which is why im here. Only downside, price. Rewards programs are great and all, but a book rate at $165 per night was definitely a bit hard to swallow. I'll be back for sure. Convenient location, great staff, clean rooms, excellent property overall."

"The internet was so bad. It kept going off every 5 minutes. The office responded by having it rebooted but that made no difference. I should get a credit because it really wasn't useable. The TV blacked out a few times as well. Considering this hotel isn't in the middle of nowhere, but in the center of Seattle, you should have excellent internet service"
