“The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. Wardrobe can accomodate limited clothing……

“My family and I had a wonderful, restful vacation at the Bungalow. Great fenced yard for my apartment dog to get to enjoy some off-lead time, air conditioning, and great energy in the space. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Communication with the host was a strong point. They definitely”

“These people are absolutely amazing. The place is perfect and the bed is so comfy.”

“Great place”

“Stayed here recently, the host was magnificent, location is stunning and close to everything. No complaints really, the host was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had!”

“Great place with comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Won’t hesitate to book here again in the future and recommend to friends and family. ”

“Awesome to stay here.”

“Very clean and comfortable place to stay with great access to “all the things”. The view is what makes this space special. One thing to note is that this unit is attached to the owners property and the outdoor space is common space for all. This can make it seem not quite as private, if you’d like to have curtains, doors open to enjoy the views.”

“The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the……

“An amazing, artist’s retreat. 1920s – 30s era home with beautiful, eclectic art and a private deck with fountain. Also, handicap accessible. It was a real treat to stay here. The two beds were comfortable, which it is unusual for a Murphy bed. I throughly enjoyed falling asleep listening to the water fountain outside the bedroom. The only downside was no off street parking.”

“The host are as amazing as the property. 10/10 would go back. The view is spectacular only stayed one night but would love to return in the future for about a week just to relax and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.”

“I’d lived in Seattle for over 3 decades having recently moved to the Midwest so to come back for work while staying just 4 miles from my office & 1 from my son in an immaculate, comfortable apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. Just wonderful! Next time I return to Seattle for work or a visit, Tracy’s apartment will always be my first choice!”

“The home was exactly as it what we needed for our weekend end getaway! Very clean, spacious and every comfort of home.”

“All was very good. Liked the space and amenities. Allen was very attentive in his responses ”
