“There was a lot of banging and shutting doors into the late night and early morning. I know there renovations being done but there should be a cut off time and start time that doesn’t interrupt customers. ”

“The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was okay, but the heat was off when I got there in 17 degree weather, and took a while to warm up. The door only had the deadbolt and no other locks, so I didn't feel completely secure. Also, the floor around the bathroom was sunken in underneath the linoleum and felt like it would collapse eventually. ”

After having to leave a different location due to power outage we chose this hotel for the pool for the children. After checking in we were told the pool was out of order. This should have been noted on the site. Overall a good stay, but can’t give 5 stars due to lack of communication.”
