“The room smelled. The beds was uncomfortable the one box spring had a big hole ..the bed frame was sticking out on one of the beds hit our legs on it numerous times..everything was sticky..very unprofessional desk clerk dirty clothes..microwave didn't work .. outlets was outdated and had a hard time keeping stuff plugged in. I want be returning”

“The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late.”

“Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. This safety issue should be engrained in every motel/hotel—always ensure that windows are……

“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.”
