We weren’t given enough towels for listed 5 in the suite. We had to ask for blankets. The pull out couch had a very noisy metal frame. The room temperature thermostat did not work accurate, the cooling/heating unit made a loud rattling noise all night long-started at 10pm so too late to get maintenance service. “Disappointed by the check in staff and the cleaning staff. Check in staff did not notify us that cleaning of the room had to be requested and was not daily. We called front desk and requested cleaning the next day, even asked the cleaning crew that morning if they would be cleaning our room. When we returned, then had just taken out the garbage and picked up the dirty towels. Didn't make up the room or even replenish the towels. Maybe we just got unlucky this time around. The hotel was OK……

“Hotel was very nice. We were able to check in early. Upon check in the floor by the ac unit was wet in our room. When we walked in the floor water came up through the floor boards. When I went down to the front desk they were able to change us to another room right away. Hopefully it gets fixed asap so no one has wet feet!!! It’s a busy location yet it was super quiet in our room which was awesome. We’d stay here again for sure!”
