“Lovely unit in a quiet complex with a great dock for lake access. Dock has covered seating so there is shade. Appreciate the thoughtful touches - a few snacks, ice, charging cords. Would be happy to stay here again hopefully when it is a little cooler.”

“Everything was fine. Only complaint is we could hear every conversation with the renters in the unit next door, including late into the night.”

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found……

“Easy to find. Close to the venue.”

“The apartment was really nice and had just about everything one could need. The great room was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was very functional though we ate out but appreciated the refrigerator. The TV was large but a bit baffling to figure out. The location was excellent for walking to restaurants and shops. Parking was good though the alleyway to get into the lot is quite narrow and on another block in back of the house. (No big deal.). If you are a……

“Great location. Amazing views ”

“Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!”

“Beautiful little apartment across from the river and right across from the USS North Carolina. Clean and comfortable place. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. Very well worth the money.”

“All was as advertised. We will stay again.”

“Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. View was incredible. Loved our stay here!”

“The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.”

“I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

“The view of the Cape Fear river is amazing. We had a really nice time and the place had everything we needed.”

“Great location!”

“The property is beautiful and in a central location close to all things you would want to do in downtown Wilmington. Very clean! My constructive criticism would be more towels and washcloths for stays that are multiple days as there is no washer and dryer. At this price point customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for the basics. One towel and washcloth per guest is simply not good service (would be ok if you had access to laundry). Also (constructive criticism) we weren’t able to check in as the……

“Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!”

“Great stay for large groups. Right in the middle of downtown Wilmington.”

“The hosts are great communicators and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of info on places to go and things to do. The best part about our stay was the view! Absolutely stunning.”

“Great view! I enjoyed the place, and it was very convenient.”
