“Lady at front desk was not friendly abd I got a knock on my door from staff even though I had a DND sign on my door”

“This spot was good for a short last minute stay. I was in town for a funeral and needed somewhere cheap and convenient in location. The location is right outside of town. Not too close, not too far which was great. For the price it was fine but the fridge didn't work and it was nasty on the inside which was disappointing because I had food I wanted to save for in the morning. The guy running the place during my visit, I could tell cared about the business and wanted it to thrive but some minor……

“Very clean, great pool but closes a bit too early and the front desk staff and breakfast bar staff was not very friendly. Breakfast options were not too great. Offered pancakes yet always seemed to be out of pancakes.”

“Came in late at night was attended quickly and professionally and rooms were super clean but coffee not good it was watered down it seemed. Other than that it’s a definitely a place to sleep well and peace and quiet. Definitely would recommend”

“Breakfast was extremely sparse compared to experiences we’ve had at other HIE locations in the past. When we arrived, there wasn’t enough bedding or towels in our room for our party and we were told they didn’t have anymore. Very clean, beds were comfortable, good location, good value.”
