The price was low, so we didn’t expect perfection, but the bathrooms and hallways were pretty rundown. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was so so. The eggs were super fake tasting. The hotel really needs a refresh!

It’s a nice budget hotel. But the staff was wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating. I wish I would have gotten their names, but a woman and man were there when we stayed Saturday night (10/3) and they were so pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to check in early to leave our stuff before our event and even a late checkout to get some extra rest. Thank you!

There’s no elevator fyi. Beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms have an iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, there’s ice downstairs, they also serve coffee in the lobby almost at all times. Given the accommodation prices in Boulder, this was great!

The bed was a little on the soft side but actually very comfortable but I’m only 130 lbs. the office chair was not clean and the top cover on the bed looked dirty so I just removed it. Air conditioning seemed to work okay but I like a consistent fan in the background and it sounded a little decrepit. Hotel and Room were good enough for a very short stay but I wouldn’t rush back.
