“We wanted to get away from the heat and we found a great spot for that at Glady Hideaway. Totally shaded and much cooler than out in the sun. We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top). The WiFi worked the whole time we were there which was very helpful when mapping out our hikes. Plenty of……

“Spotless, cozy cabin with everything you needed. Fire pit, Grill, covered hot tub, store, laundry, picnic table all within steps of the cabin. Super quiet at night with nothing but the beautiful sound of the river just a stone’s throw away. The windowed porch at the entrance was very convenient as well. And whatever you needed that you didn’t have, the town of Elkins was just up the road less than 15 minutes away while still giving you the enjoyment of a remote river canyon. Can’t say enough……

“This cabin was perfect for a quick weekend away. It had everything we needed from paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper (not the cheap kind either) to bottles of water in the refrigerator. It was extremely clean. The area was quiet. The only thing we regret is not being able to sit on the porch because it was too chilly. Would absolutely recommend. ”

“It was okay, but there were some issues with the power when checking in (no electricity and heat). Have to call the Manager to fix it—quick respond.”

“This was our first rental situation, and it was better then i expected, it had everything you need to cook. And things for pets, we didnt bring any of our pets but it was really nice to see the stuff for the pets, it has some games and things, it was very nice to just get off grid and have real family time, and its close to the stores, but also very secluded! We absolutely love it! ”
