Super quiet at night with nothing but the beautiful sound of the river just a stone’s throw away. The windowed porch at the entrance was very convenient as well. Explained the reason to owner/ landlord and got very little response not Evan a refund was offered. Would not recommend it at all. Also walking in we had few spider webs to walk through so must not been cleaned or visited prior to our arrival. For the price it would not be worth renting”

“gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps.”
