“This will be our 3rd time visiting this area and this time was the best. There were amazing views, the house was clean, utensils, towels, soap, pillows, blankets etc.. As soon as we opened the door there was a bottle of wine just for us. We opened it, made a fire in the fire pit and relaxed!! The hostes was great responding back to questions. We are about to schedule another visit in July. We highly recommend this one!! You'll love it!!!”

“The host is the best - very responsive and accommodating! The house is fabulous - huge open concept living/dining room & kitchen, two generous sized bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and although we didn't need to use it, the house has a laundry room on the first floor. Excellent location in Parsons - right on the river! Close to Thomas, Davis, Blackwater Falls, Canaan Valley, & Dolly Sods.”

“The apartment was as described, it’s bigger than it looks in pictures. Furniture was very comfy. Did not cook as we were just a 1 nite stay. Quaint town lots of food and coffee shops. Very dog friendly, water bowls in front of many shops. If you don’t like stairs this place is not for you. Enjoyed my short stay!”

“The house is adorable and has everything you need! The babbling river was so nice too! The beds were comfortable too. The technology in the house was also cool! Just a tip to hopefully save someone the trouble we had- it was very snowy when we were there and along one side of the driveway there are large rocks. The rock closest to the road was disguised by dirty snow and we backed into it and damaged our mud flap. Just wanted to make other renters aware.”

“It was a great experience and I loved all the Wood paneling in the ceiling in the walls. Great decor for a cabin, such as that.Two quibbles: one minor, the other exasperating, but the latter one may not really be the properties fault or the evolve property management, except for not providing a map on the instructions and addressCell service is sketchy at best in those mountains of West Virginia.The property needs a better stove and definitely needs a light over the stove because it is dark and……

“Spotless, cozy cabin with everything you needed. Fire pit, Grill, covered hot tub, store, laundry, picnic table all within steps of the cabin. Super quiet at night with nothing but the beautiful sound of the river just a stone’s throw away. The windowed porch at the entrance was very convenient as well. And whatever you needed that you didn’t have, the town of Elkins was just up the road less than 15 minutes away while still giving you the enjoyment of a remote river canyon. Can’t say enough……

“We loved the cabin!! We will be returning again! The host was awesome, responded very quickly anytime we needed something. Even had the cabin ready a little bit earlier than check in time. The cabin had everything we needed as well ”
