We stayed during Christmas week and found the cabin very easy to get to. The power in the area went out during our stay, and the host was quick to respond, which we appreciated. Beautiful setting and location. Well constructed log cabin. Spa a plus. Sheets and comforters very soft. Clean cabin. Well insulated. TV is huge and archaic/old. Elkins is small and has an intimate feel. Great Venezuelan restaurant! Easy to walk around and explore.

It was a cute little town, but probably would never have gone here if it wasn't for the scenic railroad.
