“2nd year we have stayed here and we love it! Perfect location! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, and shops! Always clean, spacious, and well taken care of. Our favorite part about staying here is the beach access with chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel. Definitely recommend. ”

“Although there are laundry facilities on property, the area is kept locked and this unit is not permitted access. We were unable to do any laundry unless we traveled two miles to Holmes Beach to the Laundromat. This property IS very quiet. The trolley stops are literally at the end of the driveway, but there are no shops or businesses within close walking distance. Also, there were beach chairs and towels, but THERE ARE NO EXTRAS here, which is unlike any other Vrbo/AirBnb we have visited. There……

“We booked the sun porch because we were visiting relatives in land we wanted to be close to the beach and fishing. It was late to find a location but I was happy that I found this so late in the season. Location is great 1 block to the free island trolly stop, a short walk to bridge street where there are bars and restaurants and cute shops. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t cook BBQ in back yard. Beautiful clean bathrooms with plenty of towels the beds……

“Loved this cute little house! The location was perfect to walk to the shops at Bridge St. No pool, but the beach is so close - just a short walk down the street. The house has a washer & dryer and everything was clean & in working order. The only negative I would have is the master bed is really firm & could use a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable. Overall great house - it’s small but the layout works well. We had 2 couples, my teen daughter & even room for my son to come stay……

“We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Check in was easy, condo was clean. The owner has a cooler, water floats and a beach umbrella you can use. Makes this a very convenient stay. The location is excellent. Close to most everything and the trolley picks up right out front. Will definitely come back to stay again. ”
