We enjoyed our stay here, the indoor and outdoor pools were in different bldgs and not so convenient to walk to and the hot tub had several kids (10 teenagers and then a group of much younger kids ) playing in it even though the sign said “must be 18 “ , parents were not present. Exit door was propped open for their personal convenience and anyone else’s . No staff paying attention to this either.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. There were 2 spas (a large part of the reason for choosing this location) one was broken, the other was full with 4 people because they are not commercial spas. They were 4 man residential hot tubs.

The Hotel itself was goof. Staff was friendly.Pool was very clean. This trip I had a back injury so I stayed in an accessible room. the room only had 2 lamps in it, that made it very dark. It really could have used more lighting. The bathroom walk in shower was great. But the toilet was not for the handicap it was low. We stayed there 3 days. I didn't know that they don't get the trash until or clean the rooms until you leave. We had one row of toilet paper for 3 days not good. I could have ask for some but if they would clean rooms they would see that it needed refilled. When I am on vacation and pay that much for rooms I really expected my room to be clean daily, So service is a plus in my book, I am sorry I could not leave gratuity because I took out trash daily.

This is not a "luxury 3-star hotel", which was the only reason we chose it. It's dingy and old, really needs to be remodeled. Look carefully at the photos and reviews, especially the dates. The carpet in our room shows up in photos as far back as 2007. The 32-inch TV has a volume limit on it that's so low you can barely hear it. We booked my MIL into a 2 queen handicapped-accessible room, and the shower curtain was ripped so water leaked all over the floor. Not safe! There are 2 separate buildings, and we also booked our 2nd room with one king, but we weren't told that those 2 rooms couldn't be in the same building. The walkway from one building to the other is really steep and inconvenient.

This was a good hotel to stay in for a few nights. We're a family of four and was crowded but the rooms were clean, not far from activities, and they have a pool. I do not believe we will stay here again due to feeling so crowded however had a decent stay.

Clean and well managed in my opinion. Indoor pool and hot tubs were clean and pool towels were available. Nice property we would stay there again.

The Grand Oaks Hotel was located in a great location off of the strip. It was also very clean and had a great outdoor pool area. There is also a inside pool that my family did not try out. My only issue with my stay was that the rooms and facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was also not very good. My family attended breakfast on one day of our stay and we left shortly after sitting and just went out for breakfast on our remaining days staying here.

Perfect location just off the strip by Wal Mart and Price Chopper. Lots of restaurants around and close to some great shows. Everything about the property is clean and maintained. Staff is nice. Good hot breakfast. The have an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. We've stayed here numerous times and it's always been great.
