It was so awesome to be able to walk out of the hotel into Branson landing, we spent a lot of our trip nearby only venturing off to see shows and shop for souvenirs.

We ran out of hot water with only two people staying in a King Suite. Shower was way too small. We stay there because of the convenience to the Branson Landing. Considering it was the 4th of July, we enjoyed being able to go back to the room and rest in the quiet here and there.

dirty furniture in the lobby - first appearances....also, service was annoying. Requested room to be cleaned daily and only on the last day of 4 nights did that happen - completed after 5 pm...ridiculous.

For the price, I expected more out of the total averageness of the room. Balcony patio covered in pigeon poop. Had to have housekeeping come to clean the chairs off but still was difficult to walk out there. There could be breakfast offered on the hotel site.

Our only issue with the stay was our A/C quit cooling but when I called the front desk they sent someone to check it . The staff was excellent . We love the Hilton ( both of them ) at Branson Landing
