They never come and clean are room the whole time we where there and the room was dirty when we got there the bathroom door stuck the indoor pool was Ice cold I thought there was post to have a hot tub in the area and they didn't have one there was not a microwave in the room at all the breakfast was gross

Cleaning staff were accomadating but too few per rooms to clean. Linens were old, carpets were old and worn out. T.V. did not have volumn. Dining needed updating. Staff that checked us in did not believe our room key did not work Sent us with 3 different key cards before they told us they have had trouble with lock.

Even with paying and doing the early check in on line and confirmation numbers we was told that because we used the online booking options and services that we may not have a room because they overbook the hotel so it’s a first come first serve basically and I didn’t even get the double bed room that I paid for the first night I had a king bed and then had to move rooms the second night!! No outside pool and the inside pool area and the hallways smelled like marijuana.. we booked non smoking!! Our room key’s kept not working and they was never by our phones. I am very surprised that this is a Wyndham property!! Very dissatisfied and I will not stay here again. The first room we stayed in had cockroaches in the hallways and I never saw them in the room but if they are in the hallway..they are in other places as well!!

The room was dirty. There were no towels three times. I requested towels and a blanket, and we never received them. The balcony door did not lock. The floor was coming up. The pool was closed both of them of which I was never told when I contacted the facility, this is the worst Howard Johnson I have ever been to. I’m very disappointed. I would’ve never stayed somewhere in the summer if they did not have a pool for my kids to play.

Our first vacation in 9 years and we wanted to rest and enjoy sunshine by the pool but when we made it to our room I called the front desk and found out that the outside pool was completely shut down and the inside pool was closed. So that was a big disappointment, wasted money on swim suits and had to find something else to do for a day and a half. We couldn’t get more towels and a manager never contacted me back with my concerns. We definitely will not stay there again.

Check in took over 40 minutes because they only had 1 person checking people in. There were 3 other employees sranding there doing nothing, even though the line was out the door. Finally one of them got onto a computer and started helping check us in. We booked the hotel over the July 4th holiday and specifically because it had indoor and outdoor pools. Apparently the outdoor pool is broke and the indoor pool was going to be fixed "soon". According to reviews the pools have been closed for at least 3 weeks. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors are laminate and were dirty and sticky. We only stayed one night of the 2 night reservation and left for a different hotel. Very disappointed because Wyndham hotels are usually nice. I think they should let guests know ahead of time if their pools are closed. My grandkids were so upset. Don't stay there

A/C did not work hardly at all. It was not even sealed into the window, whereas air clearly could pass through wide open gaps. Should not be legal to rent in July as like no A/C.

Great hotel. Convenient. Great parking. However at midnight a group of women sat outside our door drinking and was very loud. I tried calling front desk for an hour and no response. Horrible customer service with this experience not being able to get ahold of front desk.

Floors and stairway were dirty. Bed was soft, could use a new mattress. Rooms were not carpeted, rubber baseboards were coming off the walls, breakfast was mediocre, eggs were watery and barely lukewarm, sausage was undercooked, waffle batter was thin and watery. I would not stay here again.
