"Great location in a quiet corner next to the Fairmont Hotel, just minutes walk to the main Rue Saint-Jean and the road down to the lower old city area. The room was a bit old, but inevitable for staying at a historical old building. The bathroom was a bit too small, no shelf or hooks to hang clothes. But overall, the experience was good. The hotel had self serve coffee in the lobby, which was nice."

The interiors are not well maintained, a lot of places need to be repaired and clean. The bathroom is very small and not ventilated. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. "
