"Beautiful place. Comfortable bed. AC seemed a bit weak. While the utilities worked, the faucet and shower vales/handles may need maintenance. This makes adjusting the water temperature a bit of a pain. While this seems like a trivial issue, to me, it shows a lack of attention to details. Especially in a mid to high priced room."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent 5/5, with easy access to everything and many popular tourist spots nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff (front desk) were especially attentive, friendly, and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Kudos to him (forgot to get his name). His hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and welcoming place to stay."

"My girlfriend and I made a two day, one night trip to Quebec City to visit for the first time. This was the perfect place for us to stay to see all of Old Town. The hotel itself is right on the outskirts of Old Town and was a 5-10 minute walk to the center. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The hotel itself does not offer parking, but there is a safe overnight parkade right next door where we kept our car for 20$ a night/day. On another note, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. We could not be more pleased with our stay here and we will definitely come again."

"The location was great! We didn’t rent a car and found everything very walkable. Be sure to wear proper walking shoes when you venture out. The hotel was fabulous, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious."
