“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

"Great location in a quiet corner next to the Fairmont Hotel, just minutes walk to the main Rue Saint-Jean and the road down to the lower old city area. The room was a bit old, but inevitable for staying at a historical old building. The bathroom was a bit too small, no shelf or hooks to hang clothes. But overall, the experience was good. The hotel had self serve coffee in the lobby, which was nice."

I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund."
