The procedure to enter, park and exit the underground parking garage were not at all made clear at booking or any other time, and definitely no signs in English explaining this either. The hot tub actually didnt run (there were no jets to turn on/off) and they didnt appear to plan to fix this, or see this as a problem. The mini fridge in our room didnt seem to work either, and the murphy bed was locked upright and we had to wait hours for staff to come and unlock it to set it up.

The first impression was not bad. Main lobby are nice, clean and welcoming. Overall the hotel is not bad. The room feels nice. Maybe is the design? It kind of dated a bit. For a short stay 2 nights, they just empty your trash bins and do not re-do bedding or any other stuff. I know many hotels have cut backs, but this was somewhat new. The restaurant was quite nice, but along the pricy side. I recommend heading out instead. Speaking of heading out, the location was good. Everywhere you need to visit is all within walking distant. Since it was close by, we were able to take breaks back in the hotel to freshen up between the morning and afternoon plans. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and stuff because of our short stay (and was pretty crowded). We took a peek from the balcony (facing the interior), it was really enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the old town, so perfect position. Beds are comfortable and the rooms clean and almost no noise transmission. We also enjoyed the pool after a day of exploring. Many dining options nearby.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the city, and it's so convenient to all shops, restaraunts and activities. We walk everywhere and love our time here. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is wonderful. Would highly recommend!

It was dated and the room floor was not as clean. We stayed in one the indoor balcony room and in the morning the chlorine smell from the swimming pool was unbearable.

The hotel was fine, the pool and hot tub were small, the tile floor was not safe at the pool and the lifeguard did nothing he was too busy on his phone and eating so it was hard to enjoy the hot tub. The gym is mostly old and out of date equipment. The rooms are nice but you can definitely tell they were redone the last time about 30 years. The staff is ok, nothing exceptional. That being said the parking at the hotel and the location just seconds from the old city it makes it worth it.
