We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent - we had the best night of sleep. Very well situated to tour around the downtown, lots of great restaurants close by, with friendly staff.

A beautiful hotel. Courteous and competent staff. Bellmen could have assisted taking bags from our car and up to the room but other than that, everything was great.

Le Capitole was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking access to lots of restaurants and shop in old Quebec City. Beautiful view from the piscina balcony on the 9th floor. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk spoke English and French and were very helpful in recommending restaurants and walking routes around the city. Would definitely go back and stay with them again.

Great Hotel! Clean. Very kind and friendly staff. Wonderful valet service ($40 per day though) . Room was on the smaller side for the price but location to the quaint area of Quebec City ( old Quebec) was fantastic. We didn’t eat onsite but there were food options. Had drinks at the bar. Pricey but great service. Pool was very adult oriented which we really appreciated. All in all we would recommend this hotel.

We received a notice at 3:51 pm that our room was ready and when we arrived (about 4 pm) we found a maintenance crew working on the door because it would not close. I was shocked that we were given a room with maintenance issues considering we checked in around 9 a.m.

The room and location were amazing. Guests should be aware that the rate charged by Expedia does not include taxes and that the hotel will bill their credit card additional money at checkout. They will ask for your credit card on check-in and say that it is for incidentals and a refundable $200 security deposit, but that is not the case. You will be automatically billed more money than the rate you already paid to Expedia.

The bedrooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Not so many amenities though. The lotion dispenser is inside the shower! But the location is great! And although you find many things going on very close to the property, the room is still quiet.

This hotel is located on the edge of the old Quebec city. It is very convenient for reaching restaurants, one of which is in the hotel. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping staff responded quickly to our requests. The staff--all of them--are very friendly and bilingual. This is true of Quebec in general in our experience.
