Getaway to Breck for mountain adventure! This modest yet charming 872 square foot ski-inspired retreat offers affordability and comfort. Sundowner Condominium T12 (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) is located within the coveted Four O'Clock Neighborhood in Breckenridge, situated within walking distance to the Snowflake Lift and the Four O'Clock Ski Run. This multi-level unit offers unparalleled convenience with a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop just steps away and Main Street a mere block from your doorstep, granting you easy access to all the wonders that Breckenridge has to offer.

Perched on the third floor of the Sundowner Condominium Complex (NOTE! No Elevator Access!), this one-bedroom plus loft, two-bathroom condominium can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open layout adorned with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The living room boasts ample seating, with a large couch and side chair providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Curl up by the warm glow of the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite DVD movie on the 32" flat screen TV. For those seeking quiet solitude, the living room offers a tranquil space to immerse yourself in a captivating book.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Whip up a delicious home-cooked meal in the comfort of your own unit and savor it at the decadent wood dining table, which comfortably seats six guests.

Retreat to the loft, located upstairs from the rest of the unit, where all bedding arrangements await. In the open loft area, a Queen bed is adorned with comfortable bedding, providing a restful night's sleep after a day well spent exploring the mountain surroundings. A private nook separates the second bedroom, featuring two Twin beds enveloped in traditional quilted bedding. And if additional sleeping space is needed, a Queen sofa sleeper is available on the main floor of the unit.

Other amenities provided include Wi-Fi for staying connected, on-site parking for convenience, and onsite coin-operated laundry facilities for added convenience.

Perfect location in Breckenridge

This property was in a perfect spot to get around Breckenridge and up to Peak 8 for our summer vacation. We parked our car for 4 days and walked everywhere from this location, around Breck and up to the peak using the free gondolas. Great spot!

Outdated and not cared for

While our time in Breckenridge was wonderful, this condo was very disappointing. After reading the review from nearly 4 years ago that it was outdated and lacked hot water for more than one person, I had hoped some changes had been made during that time. However, I have to agree with the previous review. This condo is extremely outdated and doesn't seem very well cared for or maintained. Only one person could take a warm shower within the hour and with 6 people, this became a problem quickly. The WiFi did not work. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a response that these reviews help the owner make improvements but unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter because after 4 years it sounds as if nothing has changed.
