“It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”

“what a memorable trip that started and finale'd with this wonderful and friendly B&B;
clean and tidy with very friendly owners who went out of their way to accommodate requests outside of the remit of any other accommodation; we were made to feel most welcome to immaculate rooms and spacious guest lounge and breakfast room over looking the 'Sugar Loaf' the breakfast offering was both plentiful and perfectly cooked, set in a remote and relaxing location accessible by cars and mini busses.

“The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.”

“We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. “Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided.
