"I mistakenly booked our room for Monday through Friday so I had to add Sunday night to our booking. Unbeknownst to me, I booked a different room. In lieu of dragging our luggage to a different room, we decided to stay where we were ( in the basement). That was a big mistake because we began to smell a strong odor of mold. When I asked to switch to our original room, I was told it was no longer available. The manager on duty said he would send someone to fix it, but mold is not something that can be fixed easily. I probably should have known when I saw a dehumidifier in the room and a sign not to turn the bathroom fan off. Luckily, we have not spent a ton of time in our room."
