What a gorgeous property! Our room was fit for a king! The WC was huge with a soaking tub and a shower! Liz and Dexter were great! Her mosaic artwork was a beautiful addition to the room! A perfect, relaxing end to our UK trip!

We had an excellent stay at The Grand Brighton and found the room, restaurant, bar, and staff services to be exceptional. The location was fabulous offering convenient access to surrounding areas and a gorgeous view of the ocean. On the last night of our stay, the battery on our keypad failed (along with a few other rooms), and we were not able to get into our room for several hours. The food was fantastic & plentiful. It was a friendly and generous attitude. I was treated as family. I was there as memorial to my brother & his wife who lived Brighton; sadly they are both gone ....I really needed that friendliness 😳🌹 thank you

Really nice and clean room with enough space so you can feel comfortable. Pretty quiet and chill neighborhood. Easy to access the hotel. Only downside was that the water was not warm enough for a proper shower (could've been a unique case). Overall Excellent! recommend

We are so happy to have found Duck Lodge outside Brighton proper. Located in a safe rural picturesque village, it is an easy train ride into Brighton and you won’t have to hassle with parking and crowds. Our host, Keith, keeps the property immaculately maintained and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, brought to the door each morning. I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat.

Basic but plenty nice. A block from the coastline bus. Two blocks from the Brighton Pier. Pleasant breakfast. Easy check-in and nice staff. An Expedia sweet spot.

The location near the sea & pier was excellent. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Felt like family. Bathroom is a bit small, but that's to be expected so not an issue. Breakfast buffet was great, one of the best at any small hotel we've stayed.

Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! Back room. Spacious city view was the back of the terraced houses, big contrast to the front of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice food. Arrange your front parking brfore u arrive as it first come first serve.
