"Loved this hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful location right on Lake Superior. Friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant on site - very yummy!"

Stunning Lakehouse in Castle Danger

"Host was excellent! Great communication and quick to respond. Host went out of his way to bring us 2 more fans on a hot day as the place does not have AC. Host also acted quickly and upgraded his starlink account to give us unlimited data as when we got there, he had ran out of data and we were throttled to a crawl. Definitely a great host.Property was clean and as advertised. We knew it didn't have AC but did not expect it to be that hot inside. There was limited air flow as the windows with screens were small. Host brought more fans and made the heat more tolerable. No curtains nor blinds so very bright in the morning if people wanted to sleep in, it was difficult for us to sleep in because of no curtains.Property is right off the lake with private access to the lake. Building has a wall of windows with view to the lake. I would have cut the trees blocking that beautiful view but you could see the water to the right. Overall, property was very nice and host was excellent!"

Cozy Lakefront Cottage on Little Pequaywan ~ Great for all seasons

"This cottage exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly situated on a wooded lot with a view of the water through pine trees. It is quiet and peaceful, and on the first afternoon, we heard a loon call. The cottage was spacious, clean and modern, yet had a rustic decor that is just right for a lake vacation. Our party of five had plenty of sleeping room in this two-bedroom cottage. Our grandkids loved swimming off the large dock, and there are swim tubes and toys provided. We also loved using the kayaks. The owners, Lori and Jim, are very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to questions. We would definitely book a stay there again."

Lakeside Lair; cozy Lake Superior waterfront retreat with views!

"Beautiful views of Lake, comfortable king bed and had everything we needed including a grill on the deck overlooking the lake. Could easily bike from there to downtown Two Harbor. Was a great place to stay for our couple get away. We will be back."
