“We loved our experience here from check in to the end of our stay! We were greeted with a warm welcome and complimentary drink during their happy hour. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable pillows! Pillows are a deal breaker for me during my hotel stays and this placed passed! We also had a pleasant complimentary breakfast in the morning. “After I have made the reservation, I was told the AC was not working. I could not cancel the booking because it was not refundable. This was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel or room descriptions when I booked the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known the AC was not working.
