“This property has gone downhill quickly since the last time I stayed here. The rooms are not very well cleaned. The towels and sheets are in desperate need of replacement. Lots of water staining on the walls. Found an extremely broken chair in the room and asked that it be replaced. They brought a new chair and left the broken one in the room. Notified the front desk of a light out in the room, never addressed during our stay.”

“Checked in very late but the overnight staff was very nice and helpful. Room was exactly what was pictured online. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay”

“Staff was very helpful”

“We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed the conversations with the owner. Breakfast was delicious and every detail was accounted for. Coffee, muffins, fruit, omelet, bacon, toast, juice and water. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.”

“This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.”

“So clean and much bigger then I thought it would be, enjoyed all the beautiful flowers and walking in historic homes on nearby streets. I would recommend staying here”

“Check-in was smooth for a great staycation experience. Darrick was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. 100/10 we'd book again. ”

“Love this place! Always a pleasure staying here. ”

“Great! We will go to see Pat if we are ever in the area!”

“Aceptable”

“Our only complaint was roaches!! We saw more than 2 crawling around inside the house! I did contact the host after seeing 2 and she said she would have someone spray outside that day.”

“We used this cozy house for a sobering reason - our mother was in the local hospital and then hospice. The house was nearby and provide a calm, restful respite between hospital visits. Thank you for providing this cute and cozy home for our needs.”

“This is by far the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings, appliances, and everything else look absolutely pristine and brand new. We only stayed for one night, but after experiencing this home we wish we had stayed another night to enjoy the beautiful setting.very accommodating and attentive owners. Highly recommend!”
