Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

Old time style, like a house I lived in as a child in the farmland of New Jersey in the 1950's. The highway is loud at the evening and in the mourning during rush hour. Way too many pickup trucks with loud exhausts. Seems as if it is a drag race competition. For people who do not like big time city life it is a nice place to stay.

Home Away from Home

I highly recommend the Dolan House. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. We felt right at home the second we walked through the door. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. I plan to visit again soon.

Property is a well maintained & renovated house from the late1800s, staff was friendly. Its close to downtown . Very safe surroundings inspite being next to a haunted house.
