“Everything was Good”

“This was our 3rd stay at this particular Microtel Inn. We have always had great service from check-in to check out. The staff are all very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The free breakfast offered is always a added bonus. Our room was very clean and neat. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.”

“Of the three rooms we viewed, all had mold problems. The final one that we saw even had a dehumidifier in it, showing that staff was aware of the moisture/mold problems. The smell was awful and the mold seemed to originate in the air conditioner which was just pumping mold particles into the room and air.”

“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”

“They now charge for parking. It's a large lot, never full and in the middle of nowhere. but they charge for parking. I'll be finding other options.”
