Sleep Inn & Suites O'Fallon MO - Technology Drive

"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was about as good as it gets for this level of hotel given the price point ($100 per night) which included yogurt, boiled eggs, sausage, omelet & scrambled eggs, hash brown potato, choice of 2 fruits, etc., plus the typical refined/high-carb: pancakes, 3 cereals, breads/bagel/pastries selections with various condiments, coffees, creamers, and 3 juices. The indoor pool, gym, and self-pay laundry were an added perk as well. Only downer was the exterior doors were exit-only and no reentry via your room key (reentry scanner systems were down and yet to be replaced). Also, great location for accessing local trails nearby, Katy Trailheads +- 20 minute drive away, and nice eating options within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel is in a safe, convenient location. NO elevator, but there was an entrance with no steps on the first level. The hallway is a little grody but the room was very clean and arranged in a very convenient way. Lots of space to set things out to organize. Full kitchen but no utensils or cooking pans or dishes. I suppose they would be stolen if they were provided. I did not need them anyway. No ice machine, but ice trays to make your own ice in the freezer. Nice TV with lots of channels. Comfortable bed but lumpy pillow. Nice shower and bathroom. Basically it was perfect for my purposes as I was attending a meeting just down the street at a more expensive hotel. Families do live there and there was more noise in the hall than some would probably like. I ignored it. The office does not open until 9 in the morning and I had to be at my meeting before that time on the day of checkout. So, I had to return in the afternoon as I wanted my checkout paper. The staff was very nice and very helpful."
