“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. The pool/ hot tub area was perfect for entertaining the grandkids and had great availability hours. Frank in the food area made a very good breakfast all 3 days we were there and each day was unique. He was also very friendly and attentive to keeping the food hot and available despite the large group eating. Great place to stay. ”
