“It was a unique and wonderful experience. Not the normal avg resort. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely want your experience to be fantastic. I loved falling asleep to the ocean, the variety of food offered and just the relaxed vibe. The resort is the only place on the island. My cabin did not have AC but I was very comfortable with the breezes and fans. Any modern convienance missing was made up with happy hour, beautiful views, and friendly staff. I also recommend……

“Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again. Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay. Warren”

"The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."
