Along with all of this food and beverage department. Everything was excellent. On top of everything else that was so great, there were actual monkeys outside our deck along the limestone cliffs having breakfast.”

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……
