“I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable (no problem without air conditioning, there is a lovely breeze), the food is delicious, the location is beautiful and so peaceful, and the dive shop is fantastic It was beyond my expectations, just perfect. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel.……

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……

“I wish I could give this hotel a 3.5 star review overall, but my only options are 3 stars or 4 stars. It's not good enough for 4 stars, not quite bad enough for 3 stars. The PROS: +Incredibly good breakfast buffet, it was included with our room and had the best food of any hotel breakfast we experienced in the Philippines. This honestly carried the entire hotel. +Good access to 3 unique restaurants. Good food options to choose from all within walking distance: Filipino comfort food, pizza, and……
