Staff are very entertaining and helpful

This is an exceptional, wonderful, place to stay. The seven places we stayed at during our travels throughout the Philippine islands, this was hands-down the best. Their attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff was 5 star. It just seemed like everything was where it should be, if that makes any sense. When we arrived they made coffee for us. For dinner the adults went out while the kids stayed and had dinner at Villa K. They order the trike for us and ordered dinner (delivered)...

The staff was friendly and very helpful when it comes to questions. Their food and drinks is also good. Location was convenient if you want to go to the town or restaurants. It is also close to the airport you can just ride a tricycle. I love how its just for adults. It is a very relaxing place to stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I would stay here again when I come back to el nido.

The rooms were tiny and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. What stood out was the hospitality. The owners Dado and Marie Alvarez made everything possible to make our stay stress free. In addition to the driver and maintenance guy Jeboy Caraler took care of us specifically when I had a medical situation and drove us to the nearest Urgent care for treatments (twice), and waited for us and got my medicine from a near by pharmacy. very nice staff

I was really looking forward to my stay at Erlittop. We had two nights booked. The food and service were great. The limited hours of electricity and no water to our room was quite annoying however. We mentioned there was no water and told they would get it working, but nothing. It quite bad when we had to leave early the last day and couldn't get ready without using the external showers and bathrooms.

Nice comfortable rooms, good breakfast, close to the main street in town.

my number one impression was the cleanliness of the rooms and inside the property...don't let the exterior fool you. staff was respectful and attentive. owner went out of us way to accommodate our traveling arrangements back to Puerto princessa

Casa Vina is tucked into the Barangay, Bucana, in the fisherman’s town - about a 40 minute drive from El Nido airport. Upon arrival I was immediately met by the hosts and luckily during my visit, Ramil was also visiting. I was shown the property including breakfast loft and my room. The room itself is cozy with AC and a TV. The daily breakfast is served on the upper deck and can be provided with an adjusted timeline. The family hangs out in the morning awaiting a glimmer of light from your room...

The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

Clean room, staff were amazing! No warm water to shower. I would come back again.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Flor and two welcome drinks. I am not sure of the name but it was sweet and refreshing. Flor quickly checked us in and gave us some basic information including the included airport shuttle. Our itinerary changed and we ended up staying only one night, but I did see some information regarding tours there.
