“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double……

“Wow researching for us a room I found this bottom floor balcony where we could just walk out of our room. I even confirmed that this was at the bottom. But when I was finally giving my information they tried to put me on the 6th floor. However I did contact and they gave me the floor I wanted on the ground. But the next day I came back and people were in my room. Apparently there was a plumbing issue. The person whom I have been working with said they were not aware of the situation. But both……

“Everything was ok. Just a few details that have to be fix like the stove, just one burner working, the balcony door handler. The rest was fine. Excellent ocean view.”
