“Upon arrival to the unit we noticed that there was still garbage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also visible cobwebs on laps and window edges are covered in dust and food crumbs. The shower head in the back of the home isn’t working properly and the toilet runs consistently. We contacted owner regarding standing water outside the utility closet near the laundry in which the owner stated he’d call us, but didn’t so we were unable to share our disappointment and findings. The location is……
