The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. We had an issue with the hot water and they were so attentive to my needs and changed our room. Everything was spotless the cleaning crew does a wonderful job. The breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient. The lady at night was so helpful had to check us out at 12 am due to our flight and she did it with a smile. Santa Fe de Antioquia is beautiful. 100% recommend this hotel."
