"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. "Muy buena atención desde el momento que llegamos, el parqueadero es muy cerca, a 1 cuadra y media y es gratis durante la estadía. Nuestra habitación excelente, con todo en muy buenas condiciones, aire acondicionado, bata, chanclas, caja fuerte, articulos en el baño, todo de muy buen gusto y el mini bar es de cortesia, aguas, Te Hatsu, papas de paquete, galletas, chicles, etc. El desayuno fue muy rico y completo y la atención espectacular. En la piscina tambien nos fue muy bien, nos tomamos unos tragos y los precios excelentes. El hotel queda a 2 cuadras del parque principal. Definitivamente volveria a este hotel cuando vaya a Santa Fe de Antioquia."
