“Hotel lobby was very clean but our room was filled with stink bugs (counted at least 10 visible) and TV did not work. We called the front desk (which they seem to not believe us) and came to room to validate our concerns. We were told they have a stink bugs problem that they couldn’t control and verified….. yes the TV was broken ( turned on with sound but no picture). Staff ended up changing our room with NO Bugs and a working TV.”

“Older property but clean and close to everything. Stay here annually”

“Overall, the room was dirty and dated. Paint peeling on the walls and just very dingy. Breakfast was ok for what I expected. Shower was the best thing about the stay to wash off the dirty experience.”

“Nice”

“Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again.”

“The facility is conveniently located as well as well maintained and the staff was cordial and efficient. Will be staying there again soon.”

“No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall.”

“Didn’t like how the buildings were set up it was really confusing. The toilet didn’t really flush very well. The shower water pressure was decent but not great. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tv said we got channels 9-37 and there were only about 5 channels that actually were able to watch. All the other ones were like abstract paintings. The rest were just snow. The room was clean and the staff was friendly getting new towels for the second day. But they only have two. Could put a couple more……

“Staff was nice. Overall, our room was small but clean. The bathroom was not quite as clean. There was a hair in the tub and some type of goop (shampoo or soap?) overhead in the shower. The hot tub was clean. The pool water looked clean but there were two big clumps of hair at the bottom. We did not swim in the pool because of the hair. We picked this hotel because we wanted to use the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good.”

“Great management at this establishment definitely worth the drive to get away from the Bristol Fairfield Inn. Everything was clean property was well maintained staff and management were very knowledgeable thanks again”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there.”
