“Good environment and nice room”

“Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience.”

“Loved the nautical theme as a sailor, very well furnished room and in the room "if you can eat it or drink it, it's free"! Would stay again for sure.”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out.

“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“Conveniet location. Family room is a little cramped, but for sleeping and resting, it does the job perfectly well.”

“Hotel was very close to the sea short distance to southampton cruise ships We enjoyed the food in the bar”

“We stayed at The Royal Swan Ashley Manor. Wickham for one night, my birthday Halloween day. This hotel was excellent, very clean rooms with all that you needed. Twin room with buffet breakfast and pre ordered cooked English breakfast, all just great. Staff all very friendly and happy. Good sized parking bays for my large car. Walked 10 minutes to a local pub. great atmosphere on this special day. Would definitely stay again.”

“Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion”
