“Beautiful view great property only complaint if any is resort was doingva remodel of grounds duringvare stay i did not know this at time of booking and did not notify us of this not a big deal did not effect are stay other then one less place to eat will be great once done oir ac did not work well they where great and quick about trying to fix it had slight improvement after service person came twice but still did not work as well as we would liked but with tjat said i would definitely stay……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. ”
