Se ubica en un fraccionamiento por el cual es fácil acceder a diferentes lugares, es una zona muy tranquila y segura (aunque Mérida en general es muy seguro). La habitación que reservamos estuvo muy amplia, limpia y con amenidades, cuenta con garage y diferentes espacios para estar muy agradables por si tu estancia es más prolongada. En cuanto a atención al huésped, nunca tratas con nadie, no ves personal como en los hoteles y sinceramente jamás me contestaron las llamadas al número que marqué en repetidas ocasiones y es el que se encuentra en la app, ni me contestaron un solo mensaje, de ahí todo estuvo excelente, con las indicaciones que envían al correo es fácil acceder a la propiedad. Definitivamente regresaría."
