“Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city.”

“La habitación 10 que nos tocó era excelente y muy amplia y limpia. El hotel en si muy atractivo,cuenta con estacionamiento propio y muy privado. La atención del staff muy buena y el upgrade que solicitamos nos vino de maravilla y que sorpresivamente nos notificaron que gracias por ser usuarios VIP de Expedia, nos lo dieron sin cargo extra al final. No tenemos comentarios negativos.”

“Until now, I had not written a review of a hotel, and felt this time was important to do. Cleanliness is very important to me and my husband, and our room was immaculate. The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help. We had made reservations at the last minute, after having a negative experience with a vacation rental. It was such a relief, walking into Hotel Seranata, and be greeted with such positive energy.”
