“The property location is right next to the Okada hotel. When you book they don't send the hotel name and room # till you aree supposed to arrive. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email till I had already arrived in Manila so we has a hard time locating where we were staying. As far as the room goes it is not a luxury or a penthouse. We were on the 5th floor. The room was 2 bedroom 2 restrooms a dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. No restaurants around though 7/11 downstairs has……

“Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed. “Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not……

“The location of the property is good but the cleanliness inside the unit was not upto scratch. No toilet papers, dirty sheets, furnitures and looked like the floors were never vacuumed or mopped. Also the drainage in the bathrooms had fowl smell.”

"1. staff are very good and happy to provid service but i ordered laundry pickup at next Morrning, staff cma eto my room asking for collection of laundry items whem i place ordered on line, they were 1900-2000PM both nights. i don't get it why so hurry in the night as same return as laundry was picked up in the morning. 2. My room ar residential floor, club floor, but next to service elevator, i could hear the sound of elevator running whole night from evening to early morning. very annoying humming sound during sleep. I don't get such experiences after staying in Naew world hotel for more than 15 years. very bad this time, the room no. is 2508 just next service elevator. that room is not sellable at all."
