"Excellent condo and the host was extremely helpful no matter what my issue was. Everything in the spacious condo worked and the a/c was cold just the way i like it. The building has roaches be aware, this was my only issue. I absolutely loved my stay"

"Great place and ideal location"

"Ruth Ann was amazing. We had a couple of small issues with the rental, but she was super responsive and actioned everything immediately. Apartments were well maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable and homey. Would definitely recommend!"

"The efficiency had dated furniture. Screws missing from chairs and an uncomfortable bed with old internal springs. Otherwise it had everything else we needed. We were bery greatful to get a quick responce and turn around on clean linens."

"My fiance had a great time it was clean and everything"

"everything was as good or better then expected"

"The security is good making the stay feel very safe. While the check-in process was a bit confusing since we didn't know we had to register at the lounge first, the receptionist was nice enough to point us in the right direction."

"Nice place"

"Very nice place at very reasonable pice"

"The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience."
